1 Cabinetcraft doors are 3/4" solid, select hardwoods on wood styles. Stock manufacturers offer veneer over a particleboard panel with wood frame. The solid wood panels display the unique qualities of real wood. 2 Self-closing, concealed hinges offer easy adjustment and a lifetime warranty. 3 Shelves are a full 3/4" thick and laminated with melamine. Stock manufacturers offer 1/2” or 5/8” particleboard with vinyl laminate. 4 Face frames are built with 1 3/4" vertical stiles and 2 1/2" cross-rails and mullions are 3 1/2" wide. All cabinets are made from solid select hardwoods. Stock manufacturers offer 1 1/2" and frameless construction. The wider the frame material, the stronger the frame, and consequently the stronger the cabinet. The bottom of our cabinets are also flat allowing installation of continuous underpanels. With stock manufacturers the side panels extend past the bottom of the cabinet. 5 Bottom of wall cabinets are covered with plywood finished to match cabinet exterior. 6 Four-sided drawer boxes are constructed from superior grade, 1/2" birch plywood. Solid hardwood dovetail brawer boxes are standard with our premier series cabinets and are available as an upgrade in all styles. Stock manufacturers offer laminated particleboard sides and bottom. Finished plywood is more durable. 7 Base cabinet toe spaces are covered with plywood finished to match cabinet exterior. 8 All of our drawer boxes feature 3/4 undermount glides with an available upgrade to full-extension soft-close undermount glides. 9 Furniture quality finishes are hand-applied and cured in high-tech ovens. 10 Plywood finished ends are applied to match frame and door color. Cabinetcraft also offers an unlimited selection of special shaped, custom cabinets, generally not available from stock manufacturers, for flexibility in design and a custom kitchen look. Our cabinets are also hand sanded while most others are machine sanded.
